New Emirates terminal in Dubai

Designed with the capability to handle 43 million passengers a year, the Emirates Terminal 3 opened for business last month. Among other facilities, it offers impressive check-in services. The car park has 1,870 slots and a check-in hall with 18 counters. You can check in your luggage at the car park well in advance of the flight and go back to the city, only to return in time for the flight. Alternatively, you can access an online check-in option and when you arrive at the terminal for the flight, simply drop off your bags at one of the self service kiosks and collect your boarding pass. A new porter service is also in place. Two special Needs Lounges in the terminal have been designed for wheelchair passengers. There are 10 food outlets, ranging from coffee shops to international cuisine.
