The Indian railway catering and tourism corporation Ltd (IRCTC) has recently launched the Ginger Rail Yatri Niwas at the New Delhi Railway Station. India's first Ginger Rail Yatri Niwas, the renovated property stands at the ajmeri gate side of the busy railway station. the property now gives you a choice of well-appointed orange and blue theme rooms with LCD television sets, anti-allergy pillows, duvets and tea/coffee makers. The budget hotel also comes with a 24-hour restaurant and a bookstore, apart from a 24X7 medicine shop. The rooms are priced at Rs. 999 and Rs. 1199 inclusive of taxes. The hotel also has four-bedded rooms where each bed is available at Rs. 250 per night.
